IICC-Tradeco (we also call it Tradeco) was initially set up to be an introducing broker back in the early 90's. The original headquarters was in NYC and the first Principal was named Peter Foley. One of the earliest employees in IICC-Tradeco was Joseph Nodarse, who now lives in Miami. Many years ago, Tradeco moved its corporate headquarters to Houston, Texas.

IICC-Tradeco is currently used primarily to do private transactions. Also, of of today, Tradeco is owned 100% by its parent company - Institutional Investors Consulting Company or IICC for short. IICC has four registered brokers with series 7 licences.
