On March 15, 2006, IICC announced the establishment of a new company called IICC - Caribbean with Steve Balkaran as its President. Steve was born in Trinidad, is very knowledgeable about the entire Caribbean and is now a Professor at a well known university in Connecticut.
Steve is currently putting together the business plan for IICC - Caribbean. Further in order to get things going, IICC - Tradeco (another subsidiary of Institutional Investors Consulting Company) is going to act as the placement agent for selling 200,000 shares of IICC - Caribbean at a price of $2 per share. Since there are 600,000 shares of IICC - Caribbean that have been issued, the investors in IICC - C would own 25% of the issued shares.
