The Aviation and Cosmonautic Support Foundation or ACSF is an organization formed by former cosmonauts and other senior officials in Russia to promote the revitalization of the Russian aviation industry. The Chairman of the Board of the ACSF is an ex-cosmonaut - Mr. Pavel Popovich; the Chairman of the Advisory Board is Mr. Grigory Rapota.  This project also has the full support of the President of the Russian Federation - Mr. Vladimir Putin.

The Foundation has retained Institutional Investors Consulting Company or  IICC to coordinate the funding of this project.  IICC's goal is to help the ACSF meet their mission, to bring in $10 to $15 million in donations as soon as possible and to get commitments for a minimum of $100,000,000 in loans by the end of next year.

For various reasons, this project became relatively dormant in late 2007.  We have now asked Terry Mosser  -  a Managing Director of IICC -  to ressurect the project.
